Christmas cheesecake

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3-4 cup eggnog
  • 2 tbsp rum of your choice
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs


  1. Preheat to 325°F your oven.
  2. Mix the Graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Press the mixture in a 9° spring form pan.
  3. Bake the pressed mixture in an oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool in a wire rack.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 425°F.
  5. Combine the other ingredients such as cream cheese, flour, sugar, and eggnog in a food processor.
  6. Process the mixture until it has smoothened. Pour in the rum, eggs and nutmeg in the mixture and place in a cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven tat has been preaheated.
  8. Reduce your oven’s heat to 250°F and bake for another 45 minutes or as soon as the the cake’s center has turned firmer. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and loosen from out of the rim.
