I am really not a grinch, nor am i an athiast but to talk to me you may think i am, and here i sit trying to find out why i do not want christmas to come to my house this year. i do not want a tree or presents, nor do i want or need family hanging around. My lovely wife wonders what is my reasoning for this, the way i feel, and my son of 15 expects nothing cause i told him how i feel and now i think i may have passed this curse onto him.
What is the meaning of christmas? Many people will respond with their own answers and the religious ones will come back with theirs, but for the most part i know that it is what you make of it. But how can you make something if you dont know what to make? or how? or why?
Short of maybe being visited by 3 ghosts tonight who intend to change the way i feel, i don’t want this time of the year to happen. I’d much rather hibernate and let it pass.

I am trying so hard to find Christmas and hope for my kids this year. I am a single widow and I have gone back to school for a better life.In the mean time wow I can’t do anything for Christmas for them and I am having a very hard time with crying and not feeling to good cause if it. my name is david and i live in jacksonville florida and me and my wife lives together and we are behind in bills bad and i kno we will not have a christmas together because she had to take her check and pay all the bills i am currently not workin and havent been in 6months.i have did many applications but no one has called me back from either job that i have applied for and when i call them they tell me that they are not hiring at the moment we dont have any kids together.but i would like to be able to give her a gift for all the hard work that she has done to keep us together.we are fightin to keep food in the house.so if i could just get a little help so we can have a nice christmas together. thank you and god bless you

HELLO. MY FAMILY IS FACING MANY HARDSHIPS. i LOST MY NEW JOB BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER IS IN THE COLUMBIA PRESB HOSPITAL FACING A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT EVALUATION. SHE HAS BEEN INPATIENT FOR OVER A MONTH. WE HAVE TWO BOYS AS WELL, NO INCOME, AND STAYING WITH A FRIEND WHO IS READY FOR US TO “GO BACK TO THE SHELTER” AS THEY SAY. PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY THIS CHRISTMAS. BOY 6, SIZE 7-8 IN CLOTHING AND 2 IN SHOE, BOY 3, SIZE 4-5 IN CLOTHING AND 12 IN SHOE. I HAVE A 5YR OLD PRINCESS WEARING 5-6 IN CLOTHING AND 12 IN SHOE.
